Keeping start-ups informed about existing and proposed regulations related to space technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship and identifying key stakeholders, including government bodies, industry associations, and policymakers.

Advocating for policies that promote innovation, research funding, and technology development in the space sector and organizing advocacy campaigns, including petitions, letter-writing initiatives, and awareness events to garner public and political support.

Collaborate with legal and industry experts to draft policy recommendations that are feasible.

Organize briefings where startups can directly communicate their challenges and needs to policymakers.

Hosting policymakers and experts to speak at events, workshops and webinars to educate startups about policy issues affecting their industry and direct insights into the policy-making process.

Collaborate with media outlets to feature articles, interviews, or documentaries showcasing the achievements of the space industry all over the world and why investing in space start-ups in Uganda is crucial.

Advocating for government support (grants, funding programs, tax incentives) specifically tailored to space startups. These can fuel research, development, and commercialization efforts.

Engaging the legal fraternity to provide startups with legal assistance in navigating complex regulations and help advocate for streamlined, startup-friendly legal processes.
